Our experience With Great Heron Homes has been nothing short of amazing. We have owned over 10 homes including new builds. Great Heron Homes quality, transparency and ongoing support to customers is un-matched. Every aspect from the build to the business transaction was truly custom. We will never forget the day our home inspector told us that our Great Heron Home was the highest overall quality he had performed an inspection on. Hoping this is our last home but if it is not, there is zero doubt that we will work with Great Heron Homes again in the future.

Building a house is a huge investment, so we had a lot of questions to ask a custom home builder before signing. Great Heron was transparent about the custom home price per square foot and helped us stay within our budget without sacrificing quality. They are definitely among the best custom home builders in the Lake Lanier area
